Returns
We do not accept returns as a general policy. In extraordinary circumstances where we decide to accept a return, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
All sales are final. In the rare event that a refund is issued, it will only be processed to the original form of payment used in the transaction or as store credit.
Order Mistakes
If we make a mistake with your order, we will send out replacements free of charge. Any extra product received due to our error is yours to keep.
Order Cancellations
Customers can cancel an order until 10 PM CST the day before shipping. Our shipping schedule is as follows:
Orders placed Monday through Thursday: Ships the next day
Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: Ships on Monday
For weekend orders (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), the cancellation cutoff is 10 PM CST on Sunday.

Our standard shipping option uses USPS Priority Mail
Cost: $10 flat rate for orders under $75
Free for orders over $75 (calculated before tax)
Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
Local Pickup
Customers can select local pick up during checkout to skip the time and cost of shipping. Payment can be made at the time of pickup, select cash on pickup as payment before checking out.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 10 PM CST typically ship out the next business day. This allows us to process your order efficiently and prepare it for shipment. Please note that orders placed after 10 PM CST may be processed on the following business day.
Discrete Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy, which is why all our orders are shipped in plain, flat-rate bubble mailers. This discrete packaging ensures that the contents of your shipment are not visible during transit, providing you with peace of mind.
Shipping Times
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1-3 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping schedules.
International Shipping
